Does Hillary Clinton Represent American Denial?
She denies that the lobbyist's money--the defense contracts and the UAE money--change her politics.

She denies that her failure to change healthcare in 1993 makes her anything but a better healthcare candidate.

She denies her overseas lobbying interests shape her politics.
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics...

She denies that making a 100,000 out of 1,000 on bull futures was anything but good luck.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillary_Rodham_cattle_futu...

She denies that the scandals--travelgate, whitewater, chinagate, lewinsky, and now norman hsu--make her candidacy anything but "vetted". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norman_Hsu

She denies that the lies of her husband--whether old or new--were lies at all.

She denies that Rupert Murdoch (Fox Television) gives her money for a reason.
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/05/09/politics/main...

She denies that she is divisive, even as she works to divide us.

And she asks us all, as Americans and Democrats, to continue to deny along with her.

Will we?

1. Good point
Maybe she's aiming for the general election (the Repugs are notorious deniers, preferring to believe blithely in "American exceptionalism" instead of facing reality).

2. Yeah, the Rupert Murdoch endorsement seems to smack of that more than a little.

3. Your "healthcare clause" is pretty convoluted
The story there is the insurance companies, doctors and republican lobbyists.

4. Not nearly as convoluted as the logic behind electing Hillary for healthcare--that's convoluted!

6. So she takes healthcare money .5 million so far this campaign, and so did her husband....
And then the 1993 deals are done in back rooms, and the entire thing ends up "bogged down" in Washington?
Come on, it wasn't bogged down: it was being confused to death by the media, Hillary was doing her
husband's job in keeping it bogged down, and in the end we kept paying through the nose for Medicaid and even less
of us were able to use it. Convoluted? No, it's corruption plain as day.

8. The good ole boys have finally found a female face for their club.
Not just denial, just softer image to peddle the same old snake oil while helping them pick your pocket.
