That would be a terribly rotten thing to do. I sure hope he does not do it.

35. Hillary immediately began to yip and scream when Obama began to speak
during their heated debate. It was totally classless when Obama had previously let her go on a 2 minute tirade against him without once saying a word to talk over her. But when he was given a time to speak she immediately began to interrupt him very loudly. She's losing way more support than gaining and this bodes bad things for the party in general.

I do not think people realize how the party is weakening from her and Bill's attacks and bile.

11. Now, just give her the mic and let her dig her own grave
Edited on Mon Jan-21-08 10:58 PM by Konza
He doesn't have to call her "angry" she comes off that way well enough on her own.
She has reverted to Queen Hillary the Entitled One mode, and she's pissed off.
So If someone is intent on shooting themselves in the foot, the best thing to do is get out of their way and let her go at it.

And for the life of me, why does she end up yelling half the time?
Do they have some polling that suggests that people prefer to see her screaming at them through the tv?
I thought at a previous debate her microphone was too close or just turned up too loud, but tonight it happened again.
She would start out ok and then end up in some kind of pissed off Alaskan Screech Owl mode.
"Drop the Salmon 'cause here it comes, and man is it pissed!"
"Eeeeech Eeeeeech 35 Years! Eeeeeech"

24. Perhaps I misunderstood
Edited on Mon Jan-21-08 11:16 PM by Konza
I'm suggesting that Obama has not used sexism for political gain.
I would suggest that Hillary surrogates have interjected race.
I would also suggest that if the Hillary campaign gets more desperate, sexism charges will be leveled at the Obama campaign.

I think it's just a matter of time before she runs the "Woman Power+Obama hates women, Ergo-if you are for Obama then you are against Women" crap.
I've already encountered that little one here on occasion.
So when I said "yet" I was referring to Team Clinton.

I seriously, seriously doubt the Obama campaign wants to touch sexism, anymore than they wanted to get dragged into a racial debate with the Clintonistas.

36. You have got to be kidding -
watch the Jesse Jackson Jr. clip. If any pundit, surrogate or candidate had made a similar comment based on race they would have been asked to leave the country. Jesse Jackson Jr. is Obama's National Co-Chairman and a vile sexist pig.

Obviously you have access to the internet but don't bother to search out facts.

29. And don't forget
If she really wants to get dirty she'll have people out there reminding voters that she is running against a "young, inexperienced, Black man" with the middle name Hussein.
That's H U S S E I N.
And did I mention that my opponent is young and Black?

If she starts that up, well, I really can't imagine her or her supporters ever, ever doing anything like that.....

33. That's true, and it's also a fact
that you guys have used race, and even the guy's friggin middle name, simply to score political points by appealing to some people's prejudices.
That's your schtick.
That's your legacy.
And the saddest thing is is that you are not even ashamed to admit it!

Anything to Win: Hillary 2008

But do keep this in mind: all the shit you stir in the primaries in order to win the nomination will come back to you tenfold in the general.
And we might not be there to bail you out this time.
And no, I don't want to hear about how "unfair" it is to keep bringing up scandals and all the bullshit that is coming. By choosing the low road you have embraced the politics of personal destruction. And as we all remember from the 1990s, that can be some ugly ass politics.
