Kerry MUST denounce anti-Union buyout of AT&T by Bush/Texas/SBC

AT&T is unionized with CWA and IBEW. Both unions will endorse the Democrat in the general election. Now Bush's Texas corporations - SBC, which owns Cingular, are going to buy out AT&T, fire all the union employees, offshore as many jobs as they can, pay undocumented immigrants less than minimum wage, and generally go on an anti-union, anti-worker spree.

The AFL-CIO is endorsing Kerry - as the front runner he needs to take a strong stand against this, in public, on TV.

Notice the "creative financing" they are using for the buyout - with cover from Bush and Greenspan.

1. If you expect courage from Kerry, you're barking up the wrong tree.

The AFL/CIO already sold their soul for a sop: that Kerry would 'review' all the trade treaties that KERRY VOTED FOR, ONE AFTER ANOTHER.

Kucinich, the real labor candidate, will probably protest and really fight about this, but you will never hear a word about it.

He doesn't need to care - married the rich duchess and all. There is nothing in his past or present that would indicate and appreciation or understanding of deep labor issues in this nation.
