2. I hope he wins all of them
Not the biggest Edwards fan, but at least it would put a stop to all this "Kerry's the nominee" bullshit.

4. I Didn't Ask What You Wish?
I wish the election was tomorrow and Kerry or Edwards would kick Bush's ass and send him back to Texas....

It'll be a clean sweep with some ugly differentials in NY and Calif.

It was almost totally hopeless from the start. Ten states in one day, including the two biggest primaries on opposite coasts. This primary system is stacked in favor of the frontrunner. It sucks and should be revamped (at least do regional primaries, for crying out loud, it's a goddamn big country, don't you know).

On top of that, Edwards has saved his two weakest debate performances for last. Kerry has been the more impressive candidate Thursday and this morning.

Lights out.

Edwards has run a great campaign; he did the best he could with his limited resume, and I'd have no problem with him on the lower half of the ticket, even if I prefer my guy, Wes Clark, as VP.

I'm just tired of the "Wes Clark, out" photo, which some Deadwards people insist on running. This one's for you, folks.

Take that photo down, and we can play nice again.

I tried to make one with the text Going... and replace it later with Gone, but I don't know how as you can see from my avatar. I hope some one else will.

Edited to add --NONE

I'll never forgive Edwards for Hugh Shelton.

8. Yowza
Look at the results of this poll..

Paging Edwards supporters, paging all supporters of John Edwards, please check in at the front desk. ;)

I voted 2-4, I think he'll do strongly in Ohio, Maryland, and Minnesota. Could pull an upset in Georgia.

11. At most, two
Edwards could conceivably win Georgia and Maryland, but I doubt that he will. If he doesn't win Georgia, its over for Edwards. If he does, he could justify staying in until the Southern Super-Tuesday. But realistically, without a prayer in California and New York, this starts to become an exercise in futility.

I like Senator Edwards, I think he has found a formula of packaging his campaign that works very well and would defeat Bush. But this all comes down to numbers and Edwards really doesn't have the numbers to keep going.
