Forget policy. St. Ronnie the Asshat abused the power of the office of the president.
Ronald Reagan, may he burn forever, used the power of the Executive Branch in an unconstitutional manner.

His abuse of the presidency enabled the current Chimpanzee in Chief. His abuse of the presidency is not something to be admired, lauded, emulated, or desired.

Ignore the policy. The man was a bastard for his abuse of the Constitution. Any Democratic president who would treat the Constitution and the office of the President like Ronnie did should be resisted in the same exact fashion.
