I'm from NY, so I don't know that much about her. but she's popular here.

12. I bet you're thinking of Loretta who was elected in 1996. Linda was elected in 2002.

41st district and 39th district.

Loretta ran in 1994 as for Anaheim city council as a moderate Republican in 1994 and lost. She then became a Democrat and won the congresssional seat against Bob Dornan in 1996. Linda has always been a Democrat and is more liberal.
