No on 58 if you're in California. California's hero is Angelides

58 is a state consitutional amendment that will result in the balancing of all future budgets on the backs of the working class and the needy. Under 58, cuts will be the first order of business if the budget is not balanced. The rich get a free ride.

Unfortunately a number of Democrats have sold out to Arnold and are willing to go for education and health care cuts before taxes on the rich. California's Democratic Treasurer Phil Angelides is the one voice of reason who feels that the rich should be taxed instead of having services cut.

1. i will vote no on this one

i think the only one i will vote yes on is the one that allows the legislature to raise taxes with fewer votes than now required. i would rather have taxes raised now to pay off debt and keep programs going rather than cut programs now which will hurt mostly kids and which will require them to pay off debts in the future.
