Michigan rank-and-file Democrats should petition DNC for help.

It would be a lot of work and a lot of expense. But maybe if the voters, not the pols, sent a petition to the DNC, they could get the DNC to help them setup a presidential primary for this election.

If you can provide the man-power, they just might provide the funding. Couldn't hurt to ask?

but that is expensive and unready. To use the machines without the state getting involved and with funding is impossible and it is them who should have been petitioned. Caucuses need more time to be representive in such a large state.
