Kucinich did; he met NBC's criteria for being a part of the debates. The reason the judge ruled in his favor was because NBC changed their criteria after issuing him an invitation--in other words, they changed their rules.

I don't care what you think of Kucinich, but what do you think of the issues he supports? Do you think universal not for profit health care is looney? Oh, I bet you want to make sure the US stays in NAFTA and the WTO so we can bleed more jobs elsewhere. And I bet you are ready to volunteer to go to Iraq to be part of the forces that other candidates have said they will keep there.

I was supporting Mercer back when wasn't cool... back when people would accuse me of being "scared" for supporting him and not someone else. It's fine that Mercer is a rock star/ celebrity candidate now, I just hope he sticks to his principles. Otherwise, I switch my support to that Muhamed guy.
