1. I'm going to say yes
in addition to hitting the poll, so you know it's a vote from a real Clinton supporter.

2. Of course it's a good idea, she pounded him in the debate he moderated, she'll do it on his show.

7. If you mean she "pounded" him, you're very wrong. That was the beginning of her panicking,
Edited on Fri Jan-11-08 04:28 PM by jenmito
calling herself a victim of a "pile-on," etc. He OWNED her which is why so many people started attacking Russert.

But I voted "yes," because I'm sure she's rehearsing for any conceivable question.

6. It's good for her
This is huge for Hillary and I'm sure she knows it. If she states her candidacy clearly and w/ a purpose, and connects like she did like in the last few days of NH, she's got a great shot at the nomination. You know Russert probably thinks he's going to be the guy who going to kill her bid once and for all, but Hillary will be ready, I expect.

11. Hillary's command of the facts
Edited on Fri Jan-11-08 04:32 PM by maddiejoan
combined with the forced "intimacy" of a televised table discussion plays very well into her strengths for an MTP interview.

In other words --she will kick serious ass.

12. sure why not go for media attention
news shows attract people who are more politically involved than your average voter, right? and they've probably already made up their minds anyway.

people who love her still will

people who hate her still will

people who prefer Obama or Edwards but would vote for her in GE still will
