Hilarious video! Chris Matthews goes off on "Lawrence of Arabia" and Jon Stewart and Olbermann react
From Wonkette.com:

The best thing about having Jon Stewart back, for now, is that he can bring the Chris Matthews Makefun-athon to the teevee. It’s a tough thing, making fun of Chris Matthews, but every now and then, the MSNBC host gets a wee bit slappy.

5. TDS edited Matthews to make it sound like he went on much longer than he did
...but the effect was excellent. Maybe I will rent Lawrence of Arabia some slow winter weekend.

9. Def. Director's Cut if Possible
The movie as originally shown in theaters cut out some very important scenes -- just as they did with Spartacus and for much the same reason.

Also a movie that cries out for a big screen so if you ever can see it in revival, go.

11. KO was afraid Tweety might break into song. -- "Law-rence ... Law-rence of Arabia ...
... He was an English Guy ... He came to fight the Turkish..." (Officer Bimbeau, Hollywood Knights 1980)

And Stewart is not kidding. Matthews IS insane. His book should be titled "Diary of a Mad Politico" and http://mediagirl.org/tags/daily-show-0">his Daily Show appearance should be studied by those who want insight into the beltway-bound insanity that's undermining our once-great nation.

12. Funniest comment after video:
"Matthews: "... and then Mike Huckabee in South Carolina is going to be like Bruce Willis in Diehard all "yipekayaay motherfucker" and pop a cap in Romney's ass, then reaching under his arm with the other pistol he's going to shoot McCain without even looking at him. But that's when Giuliani drifts in all "Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift" and shit and challenges him to a little street racing. Meanwhile, Edwards is going to try a little McCauley Culkin "Home Alone" and see if he can hold off Hillary and Obama with just his wits, a slingshot and a bag of water baloons. But then we're going to see McCain rise from the dead like that infected monkey in "28 Days Later" and eat Huckabee's face off. But that's when Obama comes into the picture all Samuel Jackson in "Pulp Fiction" and is like "I'm sorry, did I break your concentrarion!"
Olberman: "And that would be Super Tuesday?"
Matthews: "Right."

13. The better part that up is missed was that Stweart set it up by showing
other movie analogy clips and I knew then he was going after Matthews cause I saw it live....KO was like "why are you even on the same stage with me.??
