A new round of polls predict that Hillary Clinton will win the South Carolina primaries, as suggested by her 2nd place in the latest polls.

Look at the undecided figure more than the horserace number. 10% undecided in that Rasmussen poll. Undecided is the new code word for "I'm a racist but I won't admit I'm voting for someone else" crowd. Exactly what happened in New Hampshire and what's happened time after time in White v. Black races.
