Why is MSNBC running this "breaking news" of some woman who is accused of some sex crime?
Edited on Thu Jan-10-08 01:55 PM by Old and In the Way
Seriously, is this some important national news story here? I figure this story is important to about .00000001% of the population. Or is it on because she's an attractive young woman accused of some sex talk with a minor? This is pretty disgusting. I understand that sex with minors is wrong, but I suspect that if she was some ugly male, we'd never see this crap on TV. Speaking to an underage co-worker and breaking her probation? Spare me.

1. but that's more important
than the issues of the campaign, the war in Iraq, etc, etc. Didn't you know that a cute blonde always trumps real news? :sarcasm:

4. Because if they report every story like this,
it helps downplay the fact that the overwhelming majority of sex crimes are committed by men against women through the magic of making people more aware of the handful of cases of the opposite.

13. The MSM cut short Richardson's speech to talk about absolutely nothing of importance...
so friggin disrespectful. Richardson devotes time, energy and money to bring forth his message to the nation and when he is forced to cut short his run, he is not given the time to have his final say. Disgusting.
