Ralph Nader again, now that name rings a bell

Speaking of party time, former and possibly future presidential candidate Ralph Nader rang in the new year by sending an angry e-mail to reporters. Isn't that what everyone does to start a new 12-month cycle?

Nader’s e-mail, co-signed by Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson and former San Francisco supervisor Matt Gonzalez, says: "Do you really believe if we replace a bunch of corporate Republicans with a bunch of corporate Democrats that anything meaningful is going to change? This has to stop. It's that simple."

Nader's claim is just some crazy mash and made-up trash to begin with, but someone should go and ask him if he believes that if he goes around annoying people like a heckler that anything meaningful is going to change. I still haven't heard from him or anyone a complete plan for how his presidential runs are supposed to change anything. And when I say plan, I mean plan: start with Nader getting on the ballot and end with X, Y, and Z enacted, not just some flake-ass no-thought-out tactical notion about "teaching the Democrats a lesson" or "standing up".
