Several of them go back 5 or 6 years, long before Obama was even elected to the U.S. Senate. It's obvious that they have nothing to do with him or his campaign.

For him to mention them at all right now could be a double edged sword. Sure, it might be nice for him to say how awful they are. But if he does that, many will just accuse him of drawing extra attention to them to try to hurt Hillary.

I don't see a good play for him either way here. In a similar vein, I don't know that Hillary should ever mention all of the unbelievably awful emails that have been circulating about Obama for the past year or so. We know she's not responsible for them. Why elevate them?

...over the past several months that Richardson was only in this race to qualify as Hillary's VP. I don't know how much stock I would put in that, but he does have lots of historical ties to the Clintons.
