Ned Lamont, Now Edwards, Kerry vs. Bush. Maybe a favorite or two have won but I think the losses outnumber the wins. And guess who's the favorite now? Let's just say it's good news for Hillary supporters.

6. My favorite candidate NEVER wins. Ever.
I have a history of picking a loser. But I DO have conviction about my vote. I would rather back a loser than jump on a bandwagon.

10. I wonder why Kucinich did so badly.
He's very popular on DU and he's probably the most liberal of all the candidates.

12. I'm amused you think Obama is the DU favorite
That's Edwards, by a long shot. There's almost nothing but seething vitriol here for Clinton and Obama supporters from everyone outside those camps.

21. DU trends to the left of the nation, and to the left of the Democratic Party.
Not to say there aren't any moderates here, or social liberals/economic moderates, but they're sometimes badgered and hectored when they pipe up.

28. There are very few moderates on DU.
I guess that's why Hillary has so few supporters and lots of enemies. They mostly see her as too centrist. Other Dems think she is toooo liberal. What's a gal gonna do? It can also be frustrating when they demand 100% virgin purity to the Dem party. I failed...made the mistake of voting for Raygun and I'll never forgive myself.

I don't want to talk about it because there will be a flamewar. I am pro-second amendment and don't believe in government waste to start.

27. But maybe not for long. "Never give up...never give up" .
Didn't you get the meme? Clinton supporters never thought we'd win in NH and look what happened! Let that be a good example! I'll remember it in the future too.
