1. No, he's just saying HIS show was the only one that didn't do so.
I'm not so sure he's right.

2. He was the only one
talking about the media stampede to prejudge. I'll have to listen to him, but he may be right.

3. But all the clips he showed were from CNN/FOX. Not ONE from Matthews. Maybe that's why
Tweety is coming back on tonight. They are under FIRE for their coverage from somewhere. Any other theories?

5. Ok, I just turned it on,
but if he didn't include Matthews, then he's a hypocrite.

4. Abrams is the Managing Director of MSNBC, if I'm not mistaken.

6. Monday night, his show was the only one I saw with any sense at all.
And that includes Keith, unfortunately.

I agree -- MSNBC overall has nothing to be proud of on this. (And Tweety is The WORST.)

15. Keith lost lots of ground with me over this.
Although he probably couldn't care less.

16. I almost felt guilty for feeling disappointed.
The only other time he really disappointed me was when he had that horrible Michael Musto on, and they made some extremely crude jokes about the "disgusting" Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct II. Sexist and offensive in the worst way.

8. Yes, they did. All of them. Papers were already in print with news of the "loss" evidently. And
MSNBC was among the worst, and Abrams should know that. Maddow knows that and she's on this panel.

9. no kidding, newspapers? Well the newspapers probably have to have 2 headlines
"Dewey defeats Truman" kind of thing. I tell you what, i'm glad i skipped most of the media coverage, i read my daily local and listened to a news station off and on but i know just from gd Obama supporters thought it was a done deal and i kind of don't blame them.

12. Worse - Irish bookmakers paid out 50,000 on Obama win as proclaimed by Irish media
seems a 2:30 pm EST deadline meant polls weren't closed so they went by US media comments.

:-)
