saw something about SCOTUS this morning, saying that it has been decided that there
is a six-year time limit on suing the US govt over property disputes. does this, perhaps, relate to the Lakotah nation thing going on right now, or is the timing just convenient?
1. I do think, if someone wants to check, that the government put
money in a bank years and years ago to pay these Indians. To shun the fact that the government took their land and they didn't want them to the tribe refused to take the money. And by now, with interest it is supposed to be in the hundreds of billions of dollars. I'll see if I can find it. Because it has something to do with the Black Hills and isn't that where the tribe is from...I am going to check and see if this is the one.
