Governor Dean still on ballots
you can still vote for Howard Dean in primaries and caucuses. it is essential that the issues and ideas of this man and movement are carried to Boston by as many delegates as possible. these issues and ideas must be a large part of party platform considerations.

thank you

peace

1. I Care More About Being Part of Dean's Continuing Base
than whether the nomination goes to Kerry or Edwards. (Either one of which I will support in the general.)

I think the number of votes Dean got in places like Utah is impressive for someone who has suspended his campaign. It makes a statement and confirms his status in the party. So I'll vote for Dean next Tuesday in Maryland.

2. I intend to vote for him, unless it really looks like Edwards needs my...
vote. Usually it has already been decided who the candidate is going to be by the time it gets to NC so I'll feel free to vote for the good Doctor!

3. Is the campaign now just for delegates, or is there some other motive?
I like the idea of getting enough delegates to make a contribution to the platform at the convention.
