Who would they have gone to? Also of note is that if you look at the precincts and cities that are 'working stiff' locales, which most seem to believe are Edwards strongholds, Clinton did best in them, by large margins. If I am even close on this then Obamas base is pretty much again what he polled. This is a classic political race and I would bet my boots it will wind up in the classroom of several major poli-Sci citadels.
