...that Hillary Clinton said those words, about Saddam Hussein and
the Iraq war--knowing that the neocons who were taking us to war,
tried to sell her husband the same war with Iraq in 1998?

Here's the letter that PNAC sent to Bill Clinton in 1998, demanding
war with Iraq; signed by Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, John Bolton and other
assorted neocons--

She knew. She knew damn well it was a farce. She remained silent
on the fact that they all wanted this war in 1998. Then, she proceeded
to tout this war on the Senate Floor, and participate in Bush's
marketing of the Iraq war to the American people.

Sometimes I feel sorry for her now--as I see her losing.
Then, I just remind myself of what she has done, and that feeling evaporates.
