I'm not HIllary Bashing, I just don't want her
For two reasons:

First, this country should not be about political dynasties. We are a nation of 300,000,000. Surely we can find someone not named Bush or Clinton to be president.

Second, she is far too conservative for me. While her voting record is "safely liberal" she will do nothing to roll back the power of corporations. When she could have taken a real stand, like putting bills on hold or filibustering miserable judicial appointments, she played it safe. Playing it safe has got us in this mess. It won't get us out.

Otherwise, I have nothing against the woman.

1. If you think Obama and Edwards are liberal you are in a dream land.
The only true Liberal running is Kucinich.

4. Kucinich is a good man, xultar. But we need to win.
There is still a group in this country who think repubs will save them from the liberal taxman, the terrorist boogieman, etc.

7. Come on, xultar. I'm liberal as they come and proud of all the
dems. But when Edwards said no to lobbyist money, this was the convincing factor. I liked Kucinich until I saw how he would not support the dem nominee, and the email attack geared to Edwards & the kiss up on Fox Noise & to Hannity in particular. No liberal worth his salt would act in that fashion. Kucinich has a lot to learn and he took a page from the republican smear machine IMHO.

He lost my respect, but then my standards are higher than most. You know, as do the rest of us, the chaos we've been brought thanks to corporate rule over what's sold as democracy, bought and paid for by the corporate peddling that ruins this country and our elections. I'm for the only candidate that didn't sell us all out! Edwards all the way!

2. I feel this way also, Girlieman. Just because we are for someone
else does not mean we hate HRC. I'd love to see a woman as president, it's just I'd rather see a return of power back to people and away from corporations.
We need someone who is ready and who has said, no to lobbyist money/influence.

I am also very proud of our party. We have great candidates and they all have something special to bring to the party. But you are so right, playing it safe and the status quo has absolutely been good news for corporate influence, it's gotten us into all of the chaos playing out.

When you realize just how many things are affecting our economy, all of the drains on this country, starting with the war, are a boom for profits for some corporations who don't have to play by the rules, i.e., Halliburton.

I could go on and on, we know politicians playing it safe only means the game continues at our expense.

I'm just one of the disappearing middle class, enough is enough. I can't afford any more of this.

3. I agree
I think she was an influencial part of the Clinton White House. She had her 8 years there. Let her stay in the Senate and try to represent the good people of New York.

8. And this election should also not be about
'making history'. It should be about the most qualified candidate to be president, but that's no longer an option.
