What are Obama's positions on torture, habeas, Guantanamo, and spying

I could not find ANY of those answers on www.barackobama.com which I think is very significant.

1. Change and Hope appears to be his position - what ever that means n/t

he opposes illegal (warantless) wire taps, and he will restore and respect the Constitution.

Isn't it amazing that people who rant about there being no beef don't know something that he says in every single speech.

I saw Obama months ago and he clearly said we do not torture, close Guantanamo, restore Habeas Corpus and has said it in literally every speech since.

I'm wondering how so many people can say Obama has no beef when they don't know something that elemental.
