We're in the middle of moving and I want to vote prior to 2/5 because we can re-reg in time for the election.

I was look at one of Props and instead of casting my vote yes or no, I filled in the number of the Prop (92).

SHIT!

Now I've got to "trust" the powers that be to get me a ballot in time.

I've never done this before!
