I just saw O'Reilly's excuse for pushing the Obama staffer
I just knew it would be a good idea to watch some of the O'Reilly Factor tonight!

O'Reilly's official excuse for pushing and insulting the guy? He was "upholding the constitution" because the staffer was (according to Bill) going out of his way to block the the O'Reilly show camera and was therefore interfering with freedom of the press.

It was also funny to see the look on his face when he showed up at a high school Hillary rally and Hillary addressed him in the crowd. He didn't even attempt to smile.

Finally, I'm looking forward to seeing how O'Reilly's website poll turns out where he asks if he was right to have "removed" the staffer.

2. I don't know
but Olbermann mentioned the constitution excuse a little while ago. I'm surprised he didn't make more fun of it.

He talked to Romney and Huckabee. They were private interviews. Clinton and Obama wouldn't give him a private interview.

5. Bill O'Reilly: Defender of the Constitution. Now that's rich!!
Even his most ardent supporters would have to roll their eyes at that one!

9. The First Amendment protects against government actions.
It's up to Obama and his staff to allow O'Reilly access to Obama or not.
