OK, something weird is going on in Hawaii
Edited on Wed Feb-25-04 03:35 PM by La_Serpiente
Last night, here were the results with 92 percent of the vote tabulated:

Clark 30 1%
Dean 341 9%
Edwards 481 13%
Kerry 1,756 46%
Kucinich 1,138 30%
Lieberman 5 0%
Uncommitted 35 1%

Now, if you look at CNN, here are their numbers with 97 percent voting:

Kerry 1,871 50% 14
Kucinich 981 26% 6
Edwards 512 14% 0
Dean 323 8% 0
Sharpton 0 0% 0

I think I am going to wait for the results from the state party, not CNN.

On Edit: I just called the State Democratic party and they are cross checking the numbers

3. whatever happened to Maine and Washington anyway?
Have the official results been released? Is it taking to long to lose Kucinich ballots? (I'm only half kidding).

6. 97% of Maine's delegates have been elected
(State convention delegates)
And it's possible that may be all because about 50 towns/townships/plantations didn't have caucuses. Those delegates will go unassigned.

8. The wierdness is CNN
They reported 97%, deliberately removing a couple of precincts that went heavily for Kucinich, just so they could report Kerry at 50%.
