FOX NOISE PROVES EDWARDS IS THE REAL CANDIDATE TO FEAR
Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 06:24 PM by ClericJohnPreston
So, we already know most Obama supporters are swayed by rhetoric, before using critical-thinking skills.

A candidate who LIES, or conveniently tilts truth to truthiness, or who accepts PAC/ LOBBYIST $$$, while stealing someone elses campaign rhetoric against lobbying, should be SCRUTINIZED, because we don't need another sell-out to CORPORATE interests.

On FOX NOISE, in chastising Huckabee, who shakes CORPORATE RETHUGS to their firmament, end up speaking TRUTHS ABOUT EDWARDS/OBAMA THEY DIDN'T INTEND, BUT WAS INCREDIBLY REVEALING!!

BRIT HUME:"This is a party that if you’re going to be a populist, you better be for a lot of things that say, Ronald Reagan was for. You better be in favor of a lot of the…you don’t want to be a candidate associated with possible tax increases, policies that would require increased regulation and so on down the line. You can’t…I don’t think the anti-corporate message…it isn’t even selling very well in the Democratic party and I certainly don’t think it’s going to sell in the Republican party.

READ CAREFULLY! The Rethugs are afraid most of any candidate who destroy the very reason this Country is crumbling under Bush and our Democracy is threatened: CORPORATISM!!!

Consider that exchange an endorsement for EDWARDS if you are truly a PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRAT!!!

1. My critical-thinking skills are in good shape, thankyouverymuch,
and have accounted for a few related honors over my life.

You are insulting an awful lot of good DUers with a generalization like that in your opening sentence.

Maybe you should wander into pro-Obama threads and see how well they treat Edwards fans.

I don't care if you don't like truth, but that is all that I will ever accept. Reading the paeans to Obama from his supporters is all about style over substance, or confusing each for being one and the same.

I don't retract my belief that a critical analysis of a man's record and words versus deeds, supports Edwards.

ALSO, YOU AVOID MENTIONING THE HUME COMMENT, WHICH PROVES ANTI-CORPORATISM IS THE MESSAGE!!!!!

That is owned by Edwards!

3. Well, you must be awfully sensitive or whatever as there was not one
insulting word to myself or any other DUers in that opening post. I am ok with Edwards, Obama, Kucinich, any of the three.

He made a very good point about Fox News and what Brit Hume said.

7. The lame$tream corprat media. There they go again...

...shoving Obama/Hillary in our faces while slamming Edwards.

After all, Obama/Hillary are MUCH LESS likely to negatively affect their CORPORATE owners than Edwards.

Telling...very telling.

8. LOL! Love that graphic. Yes, that should be ALL the proof anyone needs that Edwards is spot-on
the best of the leading THREE candidates to take on the Corporatist elite.

Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 07:26 PM by ClericJohnPreston
After 8 years of lies and distortions, it is way too early to build a campaign on a PERSONALITY CULT.

Look at records along with sound bytes.

More and more will come out about Obama, other candidates too.

We are only at the FIRST PRIMARY! There are miles to go before this nomination is over. It is a mercurial ebb and flow and any HYPERBOLE about "inevitability", is simply that, HYPERBOLE, NOT REALITY. It's goal?

M-A-N-I-P-U-L-A-T-I-O-N.

12. I just re-watched Meet the Press from this morning..they showed the polling of Hillary and Obama..
AND nothing of Edwards..in like-ability and most of the polls..but then they switched to the repig polls..and they had all the repigs..each and everyone of them..even Ron Paul..

it was very very telling!!

and if dems allow this to happen to any of our candidates..we get what we deserve!

and don't forget..if the msm gets away with it this time..the next time it will be "your" candidate.

13. I was watching Romney rail against the Dems...

and the "hypocrisy" of their message for change, but he was afraid to take on Edwards directly.

15. See???
Faux Noise is scared. The MSM is scared. The biased coverage is so obvious , you have to be complicitly blind not to see it.

I stand by all my fellow DUers, who though labeled "partisan" for supporting Edwards, do so as an acknowledgement of REALITY.

CORPORATISM is the scourge of Democracy and there is only ONE candidate who speaks that message TRUTHFULLY: John Edwards.

16. Only Liberal blog sites from "Kos" to "The Nation" cut through the haze
Try finding such clarity on the MSM.

Then again, being corporate, they have the most to lose under an Edwards Administration. That makes him dangerous.

Fox Noise sees it. Makes you wonder why they love Hillary and Obama so much.
