It looks like if Clinton's 3rd place showing in Iowa was a blessing in disguise, Edwards still in it
2 polls out tonight show Edwards with 20% and 23%. If Edwards had been a distant 3rd in Iowa, most likely most of his supporters would have shifted to Obama. They seem to be standing with their candidate.

2. 13 points behind (at best) is not considered a distant third?
In two other polls, that number is 18 points behind. That is not even distant. That is blowout.
