Question for Edwards supporters...

Are any of you upset that Clinton lost to your candidate in Iowa and the media are still calling her the freakin frontrunner... how is it possibly fair...I am angry about it because my candidate beat her by 9 points and they are pulling the same crap. Why does Hillary get this kind of protection. If Edwards or Obama came in third place 10 points behind her they would already have called the damn nomination. AHH... it makes me mad.

Clinton is being shoved on the trash heap. Con (a little too much unjournalistic) brio. It's not even subtle.

Edwards is getting the silent treatment.

3. No I am happy about some of the coverage of Obama...

depending on what channel I am watching. But I am mad at the disparates between Clinton and Edwards coverage. I personally would love to see the race come down to Obama or Edwards. It is a win win situation no matter how it comes out in that scenario.

They cover her automatically because they feel she's a story. And she is, to a great extent. But so is Edwards and he needs his due.

The media does not have the right to start cutting down the field so soon! Cover them all dammit. I wish Biden and Dodd had stayed in at least until after New Hampshire.

Many Obama supporters here are not showing concern that Edwards, who DID place second after having been way outspent, and after having been at least a little ignored by the media already, is being almost COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED by the media, as though the populist progressive Edwards didn't exist.

GE, Disney, Viacom, NewsCorp (Murdoch), and TimeWarner - all HUGE corporations that own almost 100% of our media. John Edwards is vowing to FIGHT the overwhelming and damaging influence corporations have on our government and our voice in government and in this country. They control ALL the media.

He is their nemesis. Remember FDR said about big business: "They hate me and I welcome their hatred"

WE NEED TO WELCOME THEIR HATRED towards Edwards by getting involved in his campaign or contributing.

He's FIGHTING THEM.

9. The Two Person Race Mindset Bothers Me

the whole idea of momentum, inevitability, etc. - it bothers me.

Look, I'm disappointed Edwards didn't do better in Iowa. But I'm more disappointed that we aren't having a competitive primary. Our nominee should NOT be decided by voters in a handful of states while snow is still on the ground and the first flowers of spring have yet to be seen.

Of course, in Central Florida, we see snow once every generation and our azeleas usually bloom in time for Valentines' Day, but you know what I mean...

She's got the money and the organization to push hard in the rest of the primaries.

Edwards focused so much on Iowa it is uncertain whether he will have the resources to follow through to the end. he needed to score really big in Iowa. He did well, and beat Hillary, but in the bigger picture, she is still one of the top two frontrunners.
