John Edwards NEEDS Our Help NOW

In order to continue to compete in all the states up to Feb. 5 (Super Tuesday) and beyond. Matching funds may not become available to him until MARCH. That's right. The law was written before all the primaries got moved up. I just donated today. I'm hearing a lot of people say that they donated today. Edwards can still win this - he needs to upset Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire to set up a two-person race between himself and Obama (and all the FREE media coverage that comes with being one of the two front-runners).

One way to generate the media attention that has been so sorely lacking for him thus far is by raising funds; if he can point to a large increase in his fundraising directly after Iowa, that will be reported in the media and help him gain momentum in New Hampshire.

Now is the time. Don't give up, just GIVE.

18. thank you Liberty belle!! I came from Fla to Iowa and walked and drove and worked the caucus..

it was the most rewarding thing i think i have ever done!!

I am still in Iowa..made phone calls almost all day today ..dialing for dollars!!!..For John Edwards..

I go home to Fla tommorrow ..to thaw out!!...and get some rest, as i am going to try to go to South Carolina!!

I am donating again, after seeing he is a viable candidate to people and as he said, his message of change has resonated! He was outspent $100 for every $20 he spent in Iowa and still beat Hillary Clinton who was leading there up til a few weeks ago. Obama did great, and hats off to him. I think that the allowance of outside people into the caucus kinda messed with the numbers and NH, as a primary, will show a LOT to many Democrats sitting on the fence. I hope John impresses the voters there the next 4 days and gets his message out and why he'll be better than Obama as an agent of change. The best thing, outside of him winning, is seeing Obama do better than Hillary again.

19. Hey - if he doesn't get matching funds til March, he could

loan himself the millions he needs, and when the money comes in March pay himself back. If he really wants to keep going. Either that or he needs to start asking big money people for some help.

It appears that the small contributors that we are are just not enough. Although
he just raised 1.5 million by the end of December - and another organization is going to pay for 1.5 million worth of ads....and they said that today was the biggest money day they ever had -

I want John Edwards to win, this is my third time donating, but I'm no Rockefeller, and I doubt that many others here are either.
