Fred isn’t going to be serving as VP, and certainly not to some liberal assclown like Huckster.

2. He believes in global warming for one thing
that's liberal to them. He talks like a Christian Conservative, but some of his stances what they consider liberal.

More than one Conservative in my area has said that they must STOP him. I think that's why the Smear Vets are gearing up to go after him.

9. Oh, yeah... that, too.
I mentioned others in my Post No. 8 and told hubby that tonight.

Not all Christians think the Earth is 6,000 years old - and I don't think Huck thinks that, FWIW.

How could anyone think Mike Huckabee is liberal?

4. David Gergen said on CNN that the conservative groups are already attacking the Huckster
They say he is not the right nominee for their party...

That's ok, let them eat their own!

7. He's an economic protectionist and isn't "tough" on immigration.
Just like many DUers look at Iraq and call Hillary a conservative, many Freepers look at those issues and call Huckabee a liberal.

8. Compared to them, he is.
Don't flog me, but he's actually not as horrific as many of you think Christians are.

He's for getting out of Iraq, he's for a national health care plan and he's not as pro-death penalty as many believe.

In other words, he's actually read the Bible beyond the Old Testament.

Granted, I wouldn't vote for him in a brazillion years, but he's actually a very tempered Christian in a lot of ways (of course, not in any ways that grant women the rights to their own bodies).

16. also
They also say he raised taxes in Arkansas, and is in favor of in-state tuition breaks for illegal immigrants. Both of those are seen as not conservative enough.

most 'freepers' claim to follow.

11. Again, great points.
The guy is not a liberal, but he's not a faux Christian either.

13. Some people think it's amusing to say "this is huge, I'm series"
and use 1111111111 instead of !!!!!!!!!! (which is the same key with and without the shift key) because they think it's funny. Apparently at some point a freeper made those mistakes, so they're pretending to be freepers, I guess. If it was ever funny, maybe it was funny the first hundred times or so. Personally watching someone pretend to be stupid never was funny to me. And on top of that, it's old.

But that's the story behind the 111111's

He sits firmly on the left end of the far right, unlike the other major candidates. :)
