Question for Obama folks:

Was his campaign thinking he would show this strongly -- or do you think it took them by surprise?

For the record, I've been predicting Obama would come in first for a few weeks now!

(Unfortunately I predicted my guy, Biden, would come in second :-().

1. At least as of today I think they really thought they'd win

But there's no telling how much they thought that he'd win by. I even thought that Edwards was going to come in 1st.

Too bad about Biden. I like him a lot too.

and I was hoping that Joe Biden would be there, too.

5. I think that Obama thought he'd win..

But not anywhere near by 8%. I honestly thought he'd get about 33%.. with Hillary or Edwards on his tail around 31% or so.

6. Thanks for your responses (and kind words about Biden). I was just curious

because I'd been focusing totally on Biden and hadn't been paying attention to the other campaigns.

As I said, I just had a gut feeling he'd be first -- good Job to O, and to all his supporters! :hi:
