From an undecided to all of the ultra-partisans out there...
Good luck to you and your candidate this evening!

Personally, I'm hoping that it's very close at the top so that the "why does Iowa get to pick our president" talk is rendered irrelevant.

Then, perhaps more people will feel that they can truly be a part of the process to select the next POTUS.

3. Nah, I was here in '04, and this is pretty much par for the course.
It might have actually been worse that cycle, but I was one of the ultra-partisans that time, so my recollection is probably a bit biased.

4. I don't think it's as bad as '04
I was trying to forget who I at first supported. I was leaning toward Nelson of Florida and Edwards mainly as a Southern strategy. I felt a Southern ticket would gut the GOP in the South. No ideology, just who could win and what would be the best strategy. So I wasn't ultra-partisan, but I had a grand time just plain 'ol agitating the "Deanie Boppers"!

5. The funny thing about '04 is that DU seemed to pretty much ignore Kerry...
until he was leading. The wars were mainly between Edwards, Dean, Kucinich, and Clark supporters until not too long before Iowa.
