Proof that Obama isn't soft: Video of Obama telling Ted to "get some spine...stand up to the GOP"
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 01:56 AM by antiimperialist
In this video, for whatever reason, Barack Obama told a union crowd that Ted Kennedy was not standing up to the Republicans. If Obama has no fear telling this progressive sacred cow to stand up to the Republicans, he is afraid of no-one.

3. I don't mind that he said anything about Ted...
but what I don't like is him making the statement about "getting a little old". This seems to be a theme for Obama, in that, he seems to discount anyone that's a baby boomer or older. Even while he is one. The fact that he skipped the AARP debate, is still a sore subject for me. His reason was flimsy, at best.("there are too many debates scheduled") I think he just went after the younger crowd, which is fine, but he even stated that there were 78 million baby boomers getting ready to retire, so he knows the number.

If other baby boomers are paying attention, I'm not sure how much support he will have with us.

I'm also sure those 78 million baby boomers vote.

4. You're full of poop, trying to stir people up. Why? This video was scrubbed from DU
probably because of the nasty comments, but you're trying to provoke. Back off and I hope you're one gone once the primaries are over.
