Meme: Bush admin thinks teachers are terrorists
Who is in a terrorist organization if not terrorists? Who is in the NEA - teachers. Ergo suma - the Bush administration thinks teachers are terrorists.

My question is, when do we start sending teachers to Gitmo? Should teachers have legal representation if they are enemy pedants?

Proving once again that if you aren't with us, you're against us.

1. I was just thinking of the usefullness of this comment this morning
Edwards and Kerry should add it into their stump speeches, along with the comments from last week, something along the lines of:

"President Bush claims to be the education president, yet he calls our teachers terrorists. And he claims to care about the average American, yet his administration thinks that it is good for the economy to outsource jobs"

repeat those lines ad nauseum in some issue ads from 527's in swing states, and you'll see a big drop in the polls for *

3. Teachers are patriots and heroes
and will be an integral component in overthrowing a treasonous administration in November.

4. Um, it wasn't actually Bush who said it,
though I don't doubt it reflects the view of his administration.

5. the teachers I know don't consider the NEA their friend
as is often the case, sometimes you lose perspective when you remove yourself from the constituancy.

It is not a given that accuisations against the NEA is also against teachers. Obviously there is a range of opinion on this.

6. This from the folks who gave us
"No public school teacher left standing" act.
