Washingtonpost.com is my homepage so I obviously go there a lot. Since December 5th, I have noticed this article:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/12/04/AR2007120402028.html?nav=hcmodule has been listed in the sites most viewed articles slot. Now that slot is held for the posts most viewed articles of the day. For example, if something happens with the Redskins on Sunday, youll see a redskin article hang around there until tuesday, and then a new article appears.
But this article talks about the propsect of giving 200,000 people pink slips from the Pentagon for Christmas, because of the possible government shutdown, making the dems look bad. The dems have already caved, and yet this article somehow 20 days after its submission is still at the top of the most viewed page. Does somebody at the Post want this to stay up there? Because I cant think of any other reason for a three week old article to still be the most viewed for a day. Its complete and utter Bullshit.
