Their final topic was Putin as TIME's Man of the Year selection over Al Gore and David Petraeus :wtf:. And after George Will went on about Petraeus, and that it was "a defensible choice" given that TIME often selects "groups" of people or bad guys, Dionne proceeded to kick George Will right in the nuts:

"Gore's OK with it. He's used to coming in second in a non-democratic process."

And all three of those Republicans on the panel STF right U.

1. I think Putin was the better choice

because his impact on world events has been much greater,for instance: moving Russia back to being an authoritarian state and renewing a competitive, if not aggressive, stance to the United States.
