a friend called me a while ago, and I don't talk to her very often, but the 3rd thing out of her mouth was; "so, what's going on with Edwards"? Has it hit the stores yet? I can't even imagine her knowing about it. She is so far removed from politics, I call her apolitical, LOL.

So it's spreading faster outside politics than inside. The NE editor said the story generated their most unique hits ever. After I saw this interview, I did a Google search and I couldn't believe my eyes. I mean, nothing you'd want to read, they all say the same thing the NE said, nothing new, but there sure as hell looked like a lot out there.

What I saw were celebrity type gossip sites, not political sites. From skimming the excerpts it all looked pretty similar. But I did search "gossip" specifically, maybe that's why.
