Has anyone read the Rolling Stone article on Obama???

I've been hearing a lot about it. Imus (flamers will be ignored) says the article reminds him of the way people talked about Robert Kennedy before his assassination.

1. Of all the comments Imus could make about the article...
he picks the creepiest one.

2. Robert Kennedy is creepy?

...okay.

Actually, this reminds me. Months ago an Obama supporter called me and referred to RK as well. He said that's why he was drawn to Obama, because he reminded him of Bobby so much. I didn't think he was creepy.

12. Yeah. He does.
He stands for the son of a bitch who let Eugene McCarthy do all the work and then strolled in with his rock star status.

Remind me to forgive him for that someday.

14. that's my point, as well.
Getting killed should not be the Kennedys' legacy. Why does the article remind him of RFK, achievement-wise?

15. By the way..

....Obama gives people the feeling that he really would be something different, that it would give the nation a fresh start with new ideas.

Biden is the strong, steady, proven leadership we'll need, but he may not last past Iowa, so...

8. Yeah, I just got a new subsciption
and the first one was Led and the year end double issue came the next day.

I guess you'll have to buy another one..I got the best deal. My grandson sent a magazine thing to help his school out and Rolling Stone was 26 issues for $15.00 bucks! You'd think I'd won the lottery!

11. I really don't like that.
I don't like ANY link between current candidates and the word "assassination." I've had enough of that for my lifetime.

And I detested Robert F. Kennedy. But his murder shook me to my bones.
