Clinton Campaign: Unveils caucus night Web site - only campaign to do so
http://www.iowapolitics.com/index.iml?Article=113639

DES MOINES, IA — In a continuing effort to make the January 3rd caucuses easier for Iowans, the Clinton campaign unveiled a new caucus locator tool on its caucus night web site, www.caucusforhillary.com . The only campaign to offer such a tool, the site allows users to enter their addresses and receive a personalized local caucus location and a map.

“Iowans want a candidate who is an agent of change and that candidate is Hillary Clinton,” Iowans for Hillary State Director Teresa Vilmain said. “Our new locator tool will help Iowans get out to caucus for Hillary so that she can enact the kind of change Iowans deserve on day one as President.”

The new tool is the latest addition to a web site that is geared towards helping Iowans attend the caucuses. The web site, www.caucusforhillary.com , offers information on the Clinton campaign’s “buddy” program, which aims to pair first time caucus goers with experienced caucus goers.

The user-friendly web site allows Iowans to sign up for caucus night assistance such as transportation to and from local caucus sites and babysitting. Users can also go to the web site for information on how to contact their local field organizer for further assistance. Additionally, the site has a variety of tools to help caucus goers, including a “Common Caucus Questions” section and information on how to volunteer for Iowans for Hillary.

3. For everyone except students I guess.
They don't count as real Iowans. Really, nothing any candidate has said during this campaign has pissed me off more than that. I've see too many efforts on college campuses to disenfranchise students that were motivated by just that mindset. Its f--ing sickening.

4. On HRC's website last week, they posted info for how Iowa students can caucus
So I just ask you - whether you're in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina, in one of the many states that will hold its primary or caucus on February 5th, in any other state, or for that matter a student studying abroad - join Hillary, and take part in this process. I'll be updating the blog with information relevant to each early state over the next critical weeks. Up first: Iowa!

The Iowa Secretary of State has a page to help college students vote and caucus in Iowa. Whether you're an Iowa Resident Attending College in Iowa, an Iowa Resident Attending College outside Iowa, or a Non-Iowa Resident Attending College in Iowa, this site will help you navigate the process.

5. Its nice that
she finally responded to the backlash. She always does know how to respond. But if the issue were really that important to her it never would have been said in the first place.

6. Well the location of each precinct's caucus can be found in the following link....
http://www.iowafirstcaucus.org/caucus_finder.php

It is very user friendly. It will help ALL Iowans find their caucus location, regardless of their candidate. It is, after all, an Iowa DEMOCRATIC caucus, not just a way to benefit one candidate. No high pressure "field organizers" (of course field organizers, like used car salespersons, are friendly but they want you to buy what they are selling, that is why they are helpful--who is kidding whom?). And no pressure, implied or otherwise, about how to volunteer for any candidate.

On the following website you just get to find out where your caucus is, whether you support Hillary or Obama or Edwards or Kucinich or Biden or Richardson or Dodd or even if you want to caucus for Jimmy Carter!

This site is for DEMOCRATS not the followers of one candidate....

And it has been up awhile. Seems like some folks think they have re-invented the wheel....
