Which Democratic candidates vow to hold this administration accountable?

Even though the media seems to be ignoring this statement, it really made me take notice at Thursday's debate when Barack Obama said (paraphrasing) if he were president, he would hold the Bush administration accountable.....and review everything that this administration supported. (Isn't Obama's field of expertise constitutional law?) For some reason THAT ONE STATEMENT made me think that there really is HOPE that SOMEDAY maybe this gang of thieves will be forced to explain their actions to the American people. I can't think of anyone, but are there any OTHER candidates who have vowed to do the same thing?

AND....Why isn't Bush's lack of accountability the MAIN FOCUS of ALL Democratic campaigns? This is not a partisan issue. Bush vowed to uphold OUR Constitution. He is disrespecting the Constitution, his oath, and the American people at every turn. Americans never want a repeat of this "nightmare" administration, shouldn't we take the time to examine what happened?

Bush's accountability would be the FIRST question I would ask ANY candidate. Isn't that the main reason we are all so angry?

The OPs question has to do with unconstitutional policies the Bush Presidency has implemented through signing statements --because that's what Obama was referring to in her post.

If the issue is which candidate has said they will pursue criminal charges against Bush --that would be none of them (including Dennis)

Dennis has said he will bring Impeachment against Bush, I'm not aware of him saying that he will throw Bush in jail. Though I'd be happy if he did say that.
