Note to Hillary: Publically fire Mark Penn to try and save your campaign
At this point, that is the only shot she has of getting anyone to believe that she wants to be positive and run an above board campaign focused on the issues. If she doesn't it will seal the deal that she is an "old school" politician who engages in dirty politics like Rove and Company

2. Mark Penn is Looking Like a Trojan Horse
but then again, Hillary might approve of his actions.

4. He was on Hardball, and I was REALLY turned off by him.
He was laughing while the campaigns' people were talking about their candidates' positions. He was rude, abrasive and VERY unlikable.

8. He's very representative of her campaign.
He has set the tone. The hubris, the arrogance, the sense of entitlement. That reflects in a thousand points from the central prism of Mark Penn. One need look no farther than DU to get a glimpse of what happens when the numbers turn south.

17. Well, something is wrong in that camp and it might be Penn.
I've never seen such a disciplined campaign become so careless and lose itself.

I don't discount Hillary, but something has gone really wrong there and I think your summation of Mark Penn is a pretty good one.

5. Spooky.. I was just getting ready to post the same thing...
Maybe something in the stream of the universal conscious.. :-)

It's starting to look bad on the Party, not just on Hillary.

11. Thank for your concern, too.
"Party," my ass. The "party" looked just great after Biden finished with Hill.

10. There it is again: the "just like Bush" smear.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN.

Since Hillary "saving" her campaign is the last thing you want to see, pardon me if I find your concern just a wee bit suspect.

And despite what you may think, I don't believe Hillary is as bad as this pompus overgrown child makes her look!!

14. I don't think the Clinton campaign is in any way, shape, or form, like the Bush Admin....
To be like the Bush Administration is to be a fascist administration runs by evil geniuses who have an evil idiot as their puppet-head.

However, no one should use even 1 of the Repugnicans' techniques for getting ahead in an election. Repugnicans are filthy pigs.

16. Hillary needs to break out and be real, fast.
When you really get down to her personal beliefs and values, she is a great human being. But I think she's sunken into this mess where she believes she needs all these political machinations and illusions, and its killing her as a candidate. She needs to tell her advisers to get stuffed and be herself and follow her heart, and demostrate for real through her actions that she means change....I hope she does it too, because I think she's a valuable human being who could offer a lot.

18. Note to Hillary: Please keep trying to swift boat Obama!
The more you do it, the worse you look and the better Obama does in the polls.

19. I'd hate to offer advice
that might help the Clinton machine in any way, but, much as I hate Penn, I think it would be a disastrous move to publicly fire a central figure of her campaign this late in the game. It would just fuel the media meme of a campaign in disarray. If she wants a new story, she should come up with something else.

20. What breathtaking hypocrisy for the potty-mouthed Obamites to pontificate about negative campaigns!
