how Kerry is going to respond to the inevitable "flip-flopper" accusations. I haven't seen him address that yet (not saying he hasn't, I just haven't seen it). I think that has the potential to be his biggest liability if he is the nominee.

the attacks are in full motion with Bush's very own words from his debates:

Furthermore, he can CITE actual events where HUMINT failed us which is WHY he voted for more accountability of the intel budget and he can CITE his very own off-shore banking laws which were intended to track terrorist funds and which were obviated by Bush and Lawrence Lindsay early in Bush's first year.

The very fact that high tech is doing us NO real good in bringing the peace to Iraq and was NOT useful in actually determining whether there actuall were WMDS is noteworthy.

What is this "movement" Dean has been referring to? Could he now throw his hat into the Independent ring, or the Progressive ring? I just find it hard to believe he's given up on occupying the White House.

7. I'm no worried about a Dean 3rd party

Dean is a Democrat who is firmly behind getting rid of Bush, he told his supporters that he will not support a third party effort and I for one believe him. He is a man of integrity and passionate about wanting change and he and Clark both know that change can only happen if Bush is out of the WH. When this happens look for these 2 great American men to come forward to start demanding real change.

Which will be able to rally the most excitement from the people and fill the coffers without selling favors/access to the very upper incomes?

11. Arnold as President in 2008 - And the Constitutional amendment

These bear close watching. He's showing up more and more like Hitler every day here in California. He's being shown on TV inspecting police forces and being loved by law enforcement, politicians across the spectrum and people show up like he's a movie star (I know).

Of course, we here all know he's been a Hitler lover and admirer for his entire life, he was brought up in a Hitler loving home with a brownshirt Nazi party member father and admires Hitler to this day.

Those of us who follow these things can see that G. W. Bush is no Hitler - he may be loved by the people as Hitler was, he may be a corporatist as Hitler was, but he is no orator and that's why he's not so dangerous. Arnold, however, has all of the above and he's a good orator too. He looks strong, and talks strong and he's liked by more people than George W. Bush.

I predict the next "trerrorist" crisis will be in California and Arnols will swoop in with the greatly expanded powers that the GOP gave to the governor's office before they so perfectly ousted Davis.

The Constitutional amendment process isn't about gay marriages in any sense other than tangentially. The gay marriage amendment is a wedge to promote the changes to the Constitution that the GOP leadership want to make, which includes making it legal for Arnold to become president.

Watch the process unfold. When the GOP leadership sees the country is ripe for the amendment they will slip in the one people are clamoring for, sure, and they will also turn this countries principles on their heads. My guess is that this will come soon after a "terrorist" attack on California.

You can call me a conspiracy theorist if you like, but if I had said before Election 2000 that Bush was going to be president, the people's vote be damned, you would have said the same thing. This is not business as usual in America. This is not the time to be complacent.
