With Nader's announcement today, this is my vow:

That I will do everything humanly possible to make sure John Kerry or John Edwards beats Bush by such a large margin that Mr. Nader's "crusade" becomes irrelevant.

I was motivated before, but, damn, I'm really motivated now. Anyone with me?

Frankly, I'm not opposed to the idea of Nader running in principle. I think it's legitimate to suggest that if the Democratic margin of victory is so small that Naderites would have any effect at all, then we've got bigger problems. Simply put, 2000 shouldn't have been that close, and Gore should've won in a landslide. Of course we can blame Katherine Harris, SCOTUS, the anti-Gore media, etc., but the point is made.

Since nader won't get more than .75 % of the vote in swing states, you're talking about beating chimp by 3-4 k in FL, MO, OH, NH and WV.

The important thing now is to destroy Nader.
