reactionary-ism in the first place. See Michael Lind's 'Up from Conservativism'. Lind lists the techniques devised by the forces of reaction after they were bloodied by JFK murder/goldwater debacle/ Nixon downfall etc...There are THREE HOAXES that are to be repeated mantra-like regardless of refutation (truth is therefore the enemy) no matter how honourable the scholars are:
1) the public education system is a failure
2)unwed black inner city women have babies disproportionate to their numbers and
3) Taxes are too high.
All 3 hoaxes were refuted by accepted scholarship as soon as the nazipoohs tried them, but that's the genius of the reactionary- ignore truth and repeat the fakery until, eventually, the system begins failing (which defunding it helps alot).

The bible features a scene where Jesus takes a little kid and tells his listeners that while alot of bad deeds are forgiveable, to take a child and destroy its self image, or its dreams of hope, or love for life etc, then it is 'better such fucking assholes had never even been born' (to paraphrase)...but the rightwing reactionaries have been BASING THEIR VERY SUCCESS UPON RUINING LIFE for god knows how many people! They've been doing this for generations, and today, well there are guys on the streets of our cities who would enjoy cutting my or your heads off, who'd kill just as soon as look at us. And the pigs try blame them for what's been done to them, to their families....One almost wants to go to hell just to see guys like limbah, or blitzer, or russert, or bennet, or buckley or kristol, or bush or lieberman, or ....nevermind! the blindness of the hypocrites (and the bible clearly shows that of all people, Jesus despised hypocrites more then any other..) We are a hypocritical society, a god-fearing hypocritical society!
