Where were Hillary and Edwards in 2002?
Just askin', since a couple people keep starting threads/making posts about where Oprah was in 2003.

1. One was a Senator (and former first lady), the other was the VP candidate

And both are far more accomplished and polished than Obama

both are electable!

Obama cannot win a general election

They did, I know.

You're going to throw them under the bus just because of that and foist upon us a man who will lose in goldwateresque style? (obama)

they made a tactical mistake voting for the war, I forgive them. All democrats should. Kerry voted for the war, so did Gephardt and many other good men.

9. So they either have no judgement
or they did what they thought would help them when they ran for president. Obama has the judgement AND govt. experience to be president.

11. of course
they did what they thought would help them when they ran for president, it worked for a while...then it stopped working. It may YET work in their advantage. Nobody can predict the future.

Obama is not electable, clinton and edwards IWR baggage is nothing compared to Obama's baggage

16. Please...
Obama is more electable than Edwards or Hillary. Obama has no baggage. The others, especially Hillary, DO.

12. ask the hundreds of thousands Dead over that ...so?... mistake.
and the hundreds of thousands more that live in suffering and misery because of that 'little slip up'.

whoever voted with bush for this unforgivable needless war has either no integrity or no intelligence or have personal interests in the profits and perks ill gotten from illegal wars such as these.

if you can so easily forgive these great errors, what exactly would be unforgivable to you? being a Yanni fan?

Edited on Sat Dec-08-07 05:43 PM by forsberg
Thie war is on bush and his cabal only, to "share the blame" is playing right into Bush's hands.

17. Not the point at all.
Hillary and Edwards both voted for the IWR (and Edwards co-sponsored it!) And Hillary STILL hasn't learned by voting for the K/L bill.

2. I know where Hillary was in 2006
Throwing John Kerry under the bus.

I know where she was in Nov 2003 too. Telling reporters we had to "stay the course" in Iraq.

8. Where was Obama
During all the votes to "continue" the war and fund the billions of dollars that have vanished, and the "trillion" that has gone down the toilet fighting in Iraq? How did he vote on "all" the bills to continue to fund the war?

14. If I had to guess, I'd guess they were probably on the Phil Donahue Show
or actually was called "The Donahue Show" starting in 2002 when Phil returned to TV on MSNBC.
