I will admit I fell for the non existence stuff, but I do question where the file cabinet is. Is he saying he has no records in his possession but only what the state has? Truthfully I find that a bit hard to believe. But in fairness the accounts I read were misleading at best.

The State of Illinois maintains his records and the person to contact to get them is State Senator Kwame Raoul.

There is absolutely nothing there. It's completely made up. The only person who has the motivation is Hillary Clinton due to Bill Clinton's letter instructing his library to "consider withholding" certain records - while telling the public nothing is being held back.
