Obama says Donations Were In Accordance With Campaign Laws
This is about Obama funneling money from his PAC, which was fueled partly by lobbyist and other PAC money, to further his campaign. An astronomical share of HopeFund's money found its way to four small states which just happen to hold four early primary contests...if he is the nominee this will be used against him and flies in the face of his self-trumpeting on ethics.

It has donated about $150,000 to candidates running for federal posts in states with early primaries, according to a report by the Washington Post, which published an earlier story that raised doubts about claims that there was no connection between Hopefund and Obama's campaign.

"On the campaign trail, Obama tells voters he rejects money from federal lobbyists and corporate political action committees," Clinton's campaign said. "But the Hopefund money he is distributing in early states includes over $120,000 from federal PACs and over $30,000 from registered federal lobbyist including Lockheed Martin, Wal-Mart and Citibank."

"I have not been planning to run for president however for a number of years some of the other candidates have been planning for. So, by the time we announced that I was running, there was still money left over," Obama said in a news conference in Iowa, where caucuses begin the presidential nominating contests for this election.

5. Besides everything else, Obama appears to be a mediocre lawyer..
who in the world would hire him in a controversial, high profile case?

He's never given it a second thought of how to defend his words or himself.
