Poll question: Who voted for BOTH Iraq War Resolution in 2002 and the Kyl/Lieberman Amendment?
The Iraq War Resolution in 2002 and the Kyl/Lieberman Amendment in 2007 will both go down historically as legislation that allows Bush to engage in unilateral wars with both Iraq and possibly Iran. Some of the presidential candidates voted for one of the legislation, while one voted for both. This should show a complete level of incompetence when it comes to trusting Bush and perhaps a propensity to want to start wars.

What presidential candidate voted for BOTH?

7. Course we know Obama skipped the vote for the Kyl bill
but we'll never be able to tell about the 2002..he wasn't there. Oh oh maybe he wasn't there by choice or vote...hmmmmmmmmmmmm would he have skipped that one also if he had been there.

9. And if you knew at all what the hell you were talking about...
You'd know that Obama made several very public speeches, including on the IL Senate floor, in 2002 opposing the Iraq War Resolution, when that wasn't at all a popular thing to do politically, even in a "blue" state.

But don't let that stop you from saying he should have cancelled his itinerary and flown back to DC to cast a vote against something that was going to pass anyway.

8. Which is why I won't consider her--unless she wins the nomination.
Voting for the IWR, she should have learned.

And she didn't.

Why does she deserve my support?

I respect and admire Senator Clinton, and she let us down. Again.

10. I voted 'Nobody could be that stupid!' ... but I know the real answer
How could anyone be stupid enough to want her in the White House?

How some people can attack others for non-votes and voting NO, while they refuse to defend their candidate for voting YES on two "war" bills, is beyond me.
