Does anyone know WHEN Senate Bill 1959 will be up for a vote?

I thought it was to be this week. I've not been successful in trying to track down the current status or what's up, so any help is greatly appreciated.

3. Someone just told me on another thread that they're still in recess this week, so

that might explain why I couldn't find a calendar.

4. Even if they're not voting on it soon, I'd really like to see this latest

bill garner some public attention BEFORE it goes to vote. Don't want another Patriot Act sailing through, unread. Thanks for the new thread. Wonder if any of them would even consider commenting on it?

9. I've called my Senators and registered my request that they vote Nay.

But because my senators are Burr and Dole, I don't think it'll do a lot of good.

So I called the offices of the Senators who are candidates and let THEM know, too, and mentioned that we the voters are watching this and judging.

Again, not sure what good that'll do, but they can't say we didn't warn them!
